Shipping Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Phases

  • Processing Time: Includes order verification and assembly. This varies based on location and efficiency.
  • Shipping Time: Starts after processing and depends on your chosen shipping method and destination.

Note: Our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Delivery may be slower during busy periods or promotions.

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The total delivery time combines processing and shipping.

Tracking Your Package

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Track your package on our website.

Shipping Delays

  • If your order isn’t delivered within 45 days, email [email protected] for a full refund.
  • Contact us about any unexpected delays and we will respond within 12 hours.

Undelivered Packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, check the delivery location thoroughly.
  • Contact the carrier, and if needed, email [email protected].

Incorrect Addresses

  • We cannot guarantee delivery to incorrect addresses.
  • Double-check your details at checkout and notify [email protected] immediately about any errors.

Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Footwearnord is not liable for customs fees if a package is rejected or delivery fails after multiple attempts.

We reserve the right to cancel orders without a guaranteed refund.
