Order Changes & Exchanges

Please review your order details carefully, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming your purchase. Due to our efficient processing system, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, or address.

If you notice an error, you have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel and reorder. For any questions before ordering, feel free to contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Canceling Orders

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipping stages. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value applies. To cancel, please contact [email protected].

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. Orders beyond this period are considered accepted, and refunds will no longer be available.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • Item arrived damaged or broken
  • Received design differs from the order
  • Size or material is incorrect
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product description does not match the item received

Condition of Returned Items

  • Must be in original condition and packaging
  • Cannot be worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must be our error
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your return, allow up to 2 business days for processing. You will be notified via email, and a full refund, including any original shipping fees, will be issued promptly.
